The game's difficulty makes it irritating an unfun to play. Even when I was able to make the numbers go crazy, I would lose to the ball hitting one peg, and then avoiding ever other peg around it in sort of a matrix style dodge.

Update: I got over it. But it's still really annoying

A challenging game with a surprising amount of depth. Often I'll fail runs because I get screwed or because I'll play a high card to duplicate on a boss blind that only lets you play one hand. So it's a give and take.

Plus it is quite enjoyable to watch number go up.

Starting off my saying that I'm a big fan of hcnone and their work.

I don't have much experience with visual novels. I think the last game I played in this genre was VA-11 Hall-A. I don't think this game lives up to that expectation, but that's also an unfair bar to set. I would just say that my biggest frustration with the game is that I couldn't just casually enjoy the game and get the good ending. I only managed to get 5/6 project files completed on my own. After looking up how to do the last one, it seems so unnecessarily obtuse that I would rather it didn't exist. But that's just my opinion.

Aside from this, everything else seems well crafted to build out a story I've vaguely watched unfold over a series of twitter and patreon posts. I've enjoyed learning about these characters and I would say that the story unfolds in interesting ways that despite my main frustration, I'm still invested in this game. While that gripe is a big one, I still appreciate this game for what it is.
