Metroid Prime before Metroid Prime.

I like Ancient Egypt and character progression (like in Turok 2 among other things) so this was a game I always wanted to play (I did try Powerslave EX a while ago but couldn't finish it).

The only downside is that I thought that they would've included the DOS version that is a more conventional FPS but I am guessing it's the most interesting oft the two.

A much more expanded sequel compared to the first, more weapons, more enemies, more lore and narration and more variety with levels.

You also have to unlock skills to progress further in some of the levels (akin to Powerslave and Metroid Prime) as well as getting parts of the last weapon (in the same way as the Chronoscepter of the first entry) and the final key (akin to the first game's).

The only downside is that you can get easily lost in some of the levels (especially the one with the cavern maze) but thankfully you have a Doom-esque automap to see where you've been already.

Nice Quake-like but I am not fan of the save system and platforming can get frustrating sometimes (it's clearly a console FPS).

If you don't mind the N64 graphics you should take it during sales.

Memes aside it's a solid action adventure platforming game.

A bit short (even for 100%) so I recommend in sales (or to replay it in other difficulties and trying challenges like skipping the soul gun

You want a short but nice Saturn looking racing experience? Go get it.

The only downside is that your car can easily fly as if they were made of cardboard but it's part of the fun.

A good quality GBA-looking platformer with a grapple mechanic (similar to Grapple Force Rena but with more innertia and platforming techniques than action).

A nice little "momentum platformer" game with a simple yet effective story about coming back to your ship after accidentally falling through the garbage deposal. I could even tell that it's not unlike Wall-E in some aspects (exploring a decayed Earth as a simple robot).

Comparing it with Sonic wouldn't do this game justice I think (even if momentum plays a central role and you even get a boost meter.

Another thing I like is that the transition to levels is seamless in most of them, almost like one continuous adventure.

Get it during sales because it's often for one buck or two.
