It's a slippery slope of an addictive game. Yeah it's a fun premise and conceptual idea. Cars with rockets that can fly and you play football (i'm British and football is it's proper name don't @ me). However, once you get down to the nitty gritty, it's a cluster ♥♥♥♥ of toxic teammates, boosted players in ranks where they don't belong, and a banning system that was invented by the same guy who started the leftist movement. Don't play unless you are queuing with friends and are chatting on discord. If you even think of executing you're right to freedom of speech, with the in game chat, they will censor you. Consider yourself warned. Oh also the servers don't work half the time, but that issue is apparently far less important than banning people for saying a rude word. Oh also the matchmaking system uses "Seasons" which resets everybody's mmr after 3 months. Meaning no matter how high on the ladder you climb you are guaranteed to always get at least a few games every few months in the placements where you deal with people griefing, abandoning and just being awful at the game in general. It ruins the competitive integrity of this esport to have a seasons system. Do you see Neymar leaving international leagues to go and play regional every few months? ♥♥♥♥ no coz thats not how competitive sports work. Psyonix you're dumb af/drunk/both, go home
