At this point, just buy it, the game is great, 2.0 is amazing, for me CDPR redeemed itself especially based on the changes around the development where the game has to be playable in every stage of development. But yeah, game good :D

My experience started with a lot of stutters, but after checking Reddit, if the guys were right the problem is the Denuvo.

What I did that fix the stutter for me was changing from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11, my FPS went up and stutters are a lot less noticeable, there still are a few but it's playable.

Now about the game itself

Play it, it's a great spiritual successor from what I've seen so far, I'm liking the direction the story is going and I'm liking the gameplay, so far no cheap jump scares or any of the bad horror BS, it feels genuine, it feels like playing Dead Space for the first time again.

Watch some tutorials and play the career, the game is not the best in teaching you how to play, but it is one of the best, if not, the best coaster game! And after you played this one, go for Planet Zoo!

i'm simply amazed with this game, just go and play it, you won't regret it.
