<06/19/24> Updated to reflect the state of game.
  • 999+ latency
  • Booted from server
  • An unexpected internal error
  • Unable to connect to game server, please make sure you have a valid internet connection
  • Connection to server timed out
  • Lost lobby connection
  • Placed on an infinite queue that indicates "1 second" to log in
  • Support and developers seemed to be both blind and deaf to issues
  • Best game ever

Pros :
  • Huge world to explore and journey into
  • Awesome graphics
  • Decent combat system
  • Lots of interesting and fun quests (I haven't even count those come with the DLCs yet)
  • Pretty good lore
  • Fully voice acted (generic characters might be pretty lame some times though)
  • Various character builds
  • Great crafting system
  • Housing
  • Frequent updates
  • No pay2win
  • 1T, it's easier to group up with players from different alliances now (excluding PvP for obvious reasons)
  • No more RNG hair pulling drops - transmute equipments to the desired traits (excluding jewelery)

Cons :
  • Huge file size (it is understandable from such a huge content - it'll be a turn off for those with minimal storage, or slow download speed)
  • Updates are kinda huge, it takes a long time when the internet connection is slow
  • Character creation still feels kinda meh, especially for male characters
  • Very newbie-friendly (can be either a pro, or con - good if you're a filthy casual pleb, bad if you're a hardcore MMO elitist)
  • Some obvious bugs
  • Best customer support ever

Only being able to group with your faction isn't a con, it's just logic. It's like the Alliance forming groups with the Horde to run a dungeon in WoW.

"Can only group up with players from the same faction" that's only in PvP
