Can't tell about the game itself yet because of it.
But technical implementation seems to be in a very bad state.

Not bad overall, but the controls are a dog, especially for PC and especially in the Keeper role.
OMG, how bad the strafe is. Often it just randomly moves up instead of to the right, even though you're moving the mouse to the right. Occasionally does a backwards strafe even though you hardly move the mouse at all. I gave it a “not recommended”, because the controls support is made for a show.

It's just not fun to play

❌Cons:
- Lasts only about 30 minutes
- Hammerhead Cove DLC is DOG (just don't buy it)
- Controls can be counter-intuitive

Overall, "theBlu" offers a brief but beautiful escape into the underwater world, making it a captivating adventure.

The games in this series are classics. It hardly needs an introduction. But specifically this one has its own peculiarities.

✅Pros:
- Hex based battles is a huge change and suits the game
- Deep, thoughtful and rewarding gameplay
- Beautifully detailed landscapes and recognizable style
- Very high replayability
- Offers robust multiplayer options

⚖️Neutral:
- The game's depth and complexity can be daunting for newbies, but it is less complex compared to previous games
- Some players might find the game's pace too slow, especially in the later stages of a match.
- Expensive DLCs that don't bring enough fun to the game
- Simplified unnecessarily complex mechanics compared to CIv IV (like technology tree and naval transportation)
- Naval transportation ships are no longer required (I consider that an improvement, but I guess it's debatable)
- Limited strategic resources and increased empire penalties sometimes felt like unnecessary limit for the endgame

❌Cons:
- The late stages of the game can drag, with a lot of micromanagement and waiting
- Some mechanics are made worse than in previous games of the series (like religion was not presented, city borders expansion)
- AI behavior is dog (feels like game was made specifically for the multiplayer)

Civilization V remains a classic, suitable both for newbies and seasoned strategists. Its expansive gameplay and strategic depth offer a rewarding experience that can captivate for hours. I don't regret a minute spent in the game.

Until all regions are unlocked to buy the game I will not change my position on the subject.

I am not that good at playing guitar. But Rocksmith offers an innovative (at the point of early 2010's), real-instrument learning experience instead of mimicking with game controllers. - Sometimes struggles with note detection
- Ubisoft changed their focus to Rocksmith+ so no updates

If you're interested in learning to play guitar or improving your skills, Rocksmith 2014 is definitely worth trying, despite some minor technical flaws.
