Zombies (2nd best Zombies game until you buy Chronicles then the best):
Good but buy Zombie Chronicles if you're going to play zombies. Definitely buy over WaW this is the new main custom zombies game.
Multiplayer (Worth the price if you like other COD's Multiplayer) :
Good fun but a bit pay to win. However, the default weapons are definitely competitive except for the M16 (Supply Drop Gun) being very OP
Campaign (Don't waste the Hard Drive Space):
Where this game truly falters. The story has nothing to do with BO1 or BO2. The Black Ops name was slapped on for brand recognition. The story is incoherent at best horrible at worst.

If you are into multiplayer or zombies buy this game but if you enjoy single player mainly don't waste the money. Overall I recommend the game.
