The most refreshing entry to the series in as long as i can remember, the lack of character selection and pared down weapon selection actually led to more depth and complexity (as it should have!) and the fact that they made a warriors game that is harder to just brainlessly plow through was sorely needed. Also the added tactics and changes to morale and gameplay on a strategic level is *chef's kiss*

The only gripe i have is that the voice acting is pretty poor in the english dub, though that led me to use the chinese option for the first time ever which has been fun and novel in a wonderful way.

If you are even slightly interesed in the warriors format and/or want to rekindle your love for quality musou experiences, do yourself a favour and buy this game, it's worth it.
