this game is not a simulator, its a puzzle game. you gotta be smart with your decisions, and patient.

negative review bc of the constant issues with joining co-op servers, that needs to be fixed ASAP.

this game looks great. when it wants to. i sometimes get a weird ghosting bug and everything looks like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
the "city" area is boring. the only really fun place to drift is up the mountain. the rest of the map is not that special either.
the wheelspins either give you trash or too high value rewards.
the "story" is a joke. you can own a supercar within the first 2 hours of playing the game. the dialogue is also extremely dry and annoying.
for some reason i cant apply some mods to some cars? (wheel spacers for example)
the engine sounds arent that good, which is disappointing for a car game.
my biggest issue: forzathon events. no i dont want to drive a B class SUV/Pickup. so many of the events require you to drive cars that no one wants to drive, or a low rating so you dont get to use the modifications the game provides. its very ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying when im forced to drive a car from the 70s with an air filter, bc any more upgrades would disqualify me.
its a free roam car game with a ♥♥♥♥ ton of cars and decent modification. its better than whatever EA has been doing with NFS recently. but please put in an effort, listen to the community, and remember that no one wants to race a stock SUV.

a truly amazing game. ive have never played a story through, and then immediately replayed it after completion on a higher difficulty. the combat is satisfying, fun, and you get to decide how to fight the bad guys. swinging through nyc, at night, listening to either the soundtrack or your own playlist, is an awesome experience.
this game embodies the idea that your destination does not matter, what matters is how you get there. 10/10.

please fix the gunplay (and all of the bugs). it has potential.

edit 11/2/2022: almost one year since my last review. if the game launched like this, it would have been acceptable. right now, i'm having fun. there still are changes that need to be done (naval combat, better maps, server browser, better cosmetics)

worse than apex legends. wish i had one less hour so i can return it

much better than among us, and its free.
