Absolutely the best game I've ever played. I play a few runs every day and I still have moments that surprise me with combinations of items producing effects I've never seen before. There is an insane amount of content packed into this game, even more with the Afterbirth expansion and the upcoming Afterbirth † expansion. This game is a must have for any fan of procedural roguelite games. It's difficult and there's a lot to learn while you play but the whole process is super satisfying. Obviously buy this if you don't have it and it's on sale, but really this game is absolutely worth full price.
