I simply cannot recommend this game right now. The game has been feeling extremely bad since after affliction league. The new tier 17 maps and scarabs are terrible. Also kingsmarch is one of the worst additions to the core game in years. The upkeep cost is immense and can only be comfortably sustained by doing juiced tier 17 maps. Also, not interacting with kingsmarch is objectively bad since it's passive income. Which means everyone is forced to interact with it if they want to be as efficient as possible, which is bad design. No single league mechanic should be this punishing if you don't interact with it.

Also the phys convert changes since necropolis league feel terrible. Survivability is at an all time low for the average build, which forces you to stack endurance charges or giga scuffed phys conversion in higher tier content, or just buy a progenesis on pathfinder, but that's also not really accessible for the average player. And even with progenesis I feel squishy. `

Also, recombinators are probably the worst addition to the game ever, it is insanely overpowered, making the other crafting systems obsolete. In ssf (and partially trade) you just alt spam and smash 2 bases together until they hit. It's extremely dumbed down from what crafting used to be back in affliction.

This comes from someone who does juiced tier 17 map farming and ubers, not from someone who is mad because they can't do the cool thing all the streamers are doing.
