Needs some work, but overall runs pretty well.

Has some audio problems, and a few flickering textures, but noting gamebreaking.

It's not quite the "Full-fledged PC port with modern features/setting" we were promised.

Most the graphics options can't be changed,
(heck you can't even set custom binds for controllers)
But you can uncap the framerate, and set your FOV.

The game even has an anti-anti-cheat mode, where you can play without restrictions for mod support!

Overall, a solid PC port, but could still use a bit of work.

Maybe we'll see more improvements as more games are added. (Just Halo Reach ATM)

15 years later, crazy American mech game comes to the USA.
Over the top action, lots of guns, fun locals, and american justice!

• They kept the classic feel (No quicksaves, no respawn,no checkpoints, etc)

• Runs well on low end GPU's
  
• America!

• 30fps lock (animations tied to framerate RIP)
  
• Some audio/shadow issues
  
• Not enough PC options (just Res, and motion blur :-/)
  
• Can't rebind controller. (But you have a few presets)
  
• no mech customization (other than skins, and very basic stat upgrades)
  
• I had a weird issue with mouse acceleration, not sure if it's just me, no one else is mentioning it.

I love Puyo Puyo, and it's great getting a new puyo solo game in the west!
(it's been a while, I've had to import a lot :P )

One small request tho, as soon as v1.0.4 comes out please make a free demo with the first few 'lessons', and a few drills.

Puyo 15th had a great lesson mode, even the first few playable sections of that would be great for bringing in new players!


'Training mode' from puyo 20th would be cool too (with the rewind feature, the the thing that shows you were you can pop the chain with numbers)
But I'd imagine that would take quite a bit of work.

The game looks great, I just wish they'd actually bother to put in more PC settings, I'm not sure how well this will play on non-standard Aspect ratios.

I'll update this review as I play.

A neir flawless modern-retro game, that mixes gameplay from ninja gaiden and Castlevania, along with quite a few new ideas!

If you're not really into the whole 'Castlevania' style backtracking, You'll still get a good amount of content, as the first time through is failry linear, yet still holds lots of secrets.

This game has a very steady difficulty curve, so if the game seems "too easy" at the start, don't worry!
It gets harder as you go!

The music is EPIC, The levels are fun, the story and shop keeper are pretty hilarious, and the boss battles are pretty cool.

However if you're just expecting a modern take on nes ninja gaden , you may be a little disapointed, it's 'inspired by' ninja gaden, it's not trying to re-create it.

The only things that need work, are mainly quality of life changes,

1. Rebindable controls would be really handy. (also add ps4 button prompts)
   
2. extra travel points for the backtracking
   
3. add option to skip bosss intro
   
4. Add borderless full screen support.

A fast, Fun, and free FPS,
Reasonable credits gain, fun maps and game modes,
And the pay2win mecanics have been reduced in a big way,
(but you can still buy some pre-percked out mercs)

Overall a lot of fun, but it's still a little annoying gewtting killed by someone who has the same merc as you, but they ought right bought the $15 'limited time' version with 15% faster reload, and extra melee damage :'(
