Amazing little game that I'm so glad I found out about. Vertical shooter mixed with a jigsaw puzzle? Will that work? Really? YES, yes it does!

Great SNES/Retro visuals and soundtrack are just icing on the cake!

Get this game!

EDIT: Would love some updates/DLC for it!!

Great game that is worth getting into VR for. It's THAT good! Great visuals, atmosphere and soundtrack.
Feels great being back in City-17. Can't wait for more!

Great PS1 era JRPG. I hadn't played it back in the day so it was a great playthrough now bringing me back to that time.

One of the best Star Wars games ever made. Gameplay is a combination of Zelda, Dark Souls and Uncharted. The atmosphere and lore (including amazing music and sound design) are the best parts of the game.

After finishing it on normal I do feel that maybe Story Mode would have been the best option. Assuming you are playing for the story. The combat, while competent, felt a bit stiff.

Otherwise a great game that I recommend every Star Wars fan to play!

I backed this game on Kickstarter and am not disappointed. Great game for a short burst of '80s nostalgia. Soundtrack is amazing. Combined with the art, they give the game tremendous atmosphere. My only issue is length. Get this on sale for 50% off and have some fun! Can't wait for the next episode!

I'm a huge fan of From Software's past titles but I just can't recommend this one. The story seems really interesting and the atmosphere and graphics are amazing. But the combat is just not my cup of tea. Time to patiently wait for their next game...

After a rocky release on Steam, Chrono Trigger is now fully "playable". I bought the game on release day but held off on playing it since SE announced they were planning updates for it. I started my playthrough after the 2nd patch and it was great. (Same as back in '95)

Great story and characters. Amazing soundtrack. Solid combat. Overall just a great game that holds up today.

Must play for any RPG fan.

If you want to join the SE hate train, ignore this review.

This remake of Secret of Mana was exactly what I wanted. It feels like the SNES game but with updated graphics. I like the art design. The VO was classically cheesy. The new music, well I'm not sure honestly. I changed to the original music.

I don't get the hate. The only fault I have is the price. I paid $45CAD for this and kind of wished I'd waited for a 50% off sale.

If you're a fan of the original and haven't played it in years. Or never played it at all. Grab this gem on sale!

Solid JRPG. Combat is fun and the story is interesting. Don't go in expecting Squaresoft levels of polish though. The soundtrack was pretty good as well.

Game Review

Story was pretty good. Bit slow in the middle but the end resolves everything well and has some nice touches. The music is amazing. Best in the series IMO. Some people seem to not like the new combat mechanics but I haven't played an AC game since Black Flag and this felt new but still familiar enough. The world is huge and there is plenty to do. However it can get a bit repetive. Overall a solid AC game and I'm looking forward to what the next one in 2020 brings to the table.

Technical Review

I actually upgraded my PC for this game. I waited a month for patches to help with optimization but it didn't come until a few weeks ago. I feel like the DRM software running cause some of the problem. But the game as an open world is impressive, so it could just be the engine is really CPU hungry.
If you want 60fps and don't have a 7th-8th gen I7 (with HT) I would hold off on getting this game. I am curious to see how things improve if the DRM is ever removed.
