For the first time ever, I'm leaving a negative review on Steam.

If we blame cheating, gambling, and the game's lack of optimization on Valve's inefficient development and lack of care for the game, then changing the rules in the middle of a major is the most shameless thing I can imagine. It perfectly exposes Valve's greedy nature. 20 years of game competition operations have been a joke.

GG, Valve. No matter what the future holds, people will never forget this day of shame.
