TLDR:
For being a game in BETA, soon to be released, this game is impressive. There is PVP, crafting, PVE, guilds, reputation systems, politics and economics all working together. None of these aspects are without flaws but there is still the bulk of mechanics to be added and a backlog of polish. Until release and bigger feature drops it is still a fun game best enjoyed in a group. Despite its flaws.

Long version
This game is like no other but best explained as an intimate, first person version of Eve Online in a medieval setting and similar combat to Chivalry and Mordhau.

Some features currently implemented:

One global server: Everyone plays on the same server.
Full loot: Everything that dies can be looted. Including you.
Melee combat: Fully fledged directional hit and parry system.
Magic: 2 magic schools with Attack, support and healing spells.
Taming: You can tame just about any animal so far, save a few. And only the various horses can be mounted as of now.
Crafting: Players are responsible for populating the game with crafted gear such as weapons, armors, spells, foods, potions and much more
PVE Dungeons: A couple of dungeons with bosses at the ends are implemented so far. And more to come.
Building: When writing this I am waiting on the patch that introduces personal houses and guild owned keeps.
PVE cities: Plenty of moderately safe zones to catch a breath and sort out gear and loot.
Crime system: Murder someone and get attacked by guards. Rack up some murder counts and various access points are denied to you. Law abiding players enjoy a life of privilege.
One character per account: Having one character per account forces you to think about both actions and skill spending. Your name is your currency, spend it well.

This list will only expand and it does not really represent the current amount of content. Listing everything would be too much.

Some features that will never be implemented:

Fast travel: No portals or teleportations - ever.
Toggle pvp: Cities are moderately safe and everything outside is zero security.
Asdasd
No map or gps: Learn by exploring and use your own memory to know the world.

Upcoming features:

Tattoo profession
Fishing profession
Cartography profession
Thievery and assassination
More continents
More mountable animals
Horse carts and carriages
etc.

Some negatives:
Steep learning curve. Feels slow at the start. It takes a while to get used to the speed and rhythm of the game.
Bugs everywhere.
Partial or non working big features. Taming is mostly broken and hard to adapt. Pets disappear for whatever reasons. Soon to be released Housing and Keeps will be barebone and not representing the final building and territory control loop.

It's the same here really, the list of flaws is too extensive to list here. If you can't handle bugs, don't enter.

Temporary conclusion:
If you want a hardcore, full loot pvp game with potential for large scale geo political structures controlled by players, this is it. Try it for a week at least to figure out the game flow. In all fairness it's impossible to review this game properly. First of all it's a niche game, it won't ever cater to every player or play style out there. It's a sandbox game above all so content is as emergent as the players make it. But we will have tools to create incentive for large scale wars. To scam victims out of their hard earned gold coin. To send merchandise across the world only to have the delivery attacked and robbed. To plan and stage attacks on an old nemesis or simply hire someone to do it for you. To patrol and defend the helpless. To conquer PVE cities and decide who can enter or live there. Set up tax for peasants and wenches living in your Castle premises. This is all in beautiful graphics delivered on the Unreal Engine 4.

Great Game

Perfectly captures the retro style in art, audio and game design. With a sprinkle of modern solutions ontop.

Great game, i would recommend this to everyone!
