edit1: The russian players who don't speak, don't understand english, play in europa servers. I don't know why they do that. They own a russian server, so why they play in europa server I don't understand.

edit2: Some dudes selecting play trio but they go somewhere else apart from the team and die of course. Generally russian players do that. Im not racist. By this situation,they kill all of the logic about playing trio. I do not know what crytek can do about it but it ennoys me.
