Ay - so I just search for assets specifically from playstation and/or in a FHD/UHD size and there's a chance that vacant heroes turn up in the results. I have no way of grabbing them 100% directly - I simply rely on search engines :)

Yo, so for Shenmue I got its .PSD file from Microsoft's Media Assets Library (MALA). Sometimes that's where I get other .PSDs from, other times I just see other people like @yst use it so I use it too, and other times I just stumble upon it after thoroughly Google searching. Hope this helps
