Since this game use unreal engine, you should probably start here https://dev.epicgames.com/documentation/en-us/unreal-engine/exporting-unreal-engine-content-to-gltf and then use this https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF-Sample-Viewer
You also need to find a way to get the list of the cosmetics models.
