Shapez 2 is an upgrade upon 1 st game, at every step of the creation the developer asked the community what should he upgrade. What annoys the community, should the most popular mods be a part of base game, what colour pallet will be the best for 2nd game etc. He asked, communicated with the playerbase and he delivered updates about the creation of the game.

Wonderful, every developer should learn from this example.
