I have loved Insurgency since the original mod came out for Half Life 2. I was already an avid Counter Strike fan (from its origins as a Half LIfe 1 mod!) and really enjoyed the change in gameplay that insurgency offered. With one shot kills and the critical dependency on teamwork and voice-chat communication, it was a total hit. I'm happy they went on to make money, as the devs have been stellar from day one. After trying a free weekend of the latest version and I'm happy to report that it's worth every penny and much more than the asking price. Do yourself a favor and try out this game. It puts most other first-person competitive shooters to shame.

This game is AWESOME. So much thought has gone into this and there is so much to do and discover and it's just incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. AND it looks great. I never knew that "8-bit" pixel graphics could look so amazing. It's hard to imagine that this game could have been made in 1989 but with pixel graphics, I suppose that's possible. Can you imagine playing this back then?!!?!! Anyway, I digress.

If you have not tried Starbound, I envy you the experience of discovering it new. Buy it now, and you'll be playing with the rest of us for years to come. Don't forget to check out the Steam Workshop for amazing mods that make this game even better. (Food Rot Info or Food Rot Dots is a MUST!)

Awesome. I wish more games pick up on this direction and really start to create full-on experiences. THis game has incredible atmosphere. If they could take this and turn it into a 60 hour epic, I'd be in heaven... or HELL as the case may be...

Bizarre, but fun. It's like Grand Theft Auto meets Gary's Mod.

This game is awesome. It does diablo III and path of exile better on a much lower budget. How did they do it? I don't know, but I want to see Victor Vran II, or at least a lot more content. Bring it on!!

This game is AWESOME. I am so impressed with the art and sound design, the well thought-out gameplay and challenging puzzles, the framerate and clarity of the animation, and the whole premise and ambience is all just so incredible and high-quality. MUST BUY. MUST PLAY ASAP.

H:DoK launched today and so far, so good. Lots of familiar systems, stories, and even sound from the previous remastered HW games and the ground combat actually adds an entirely new dimension to the tactics and gameplay that I was not expecting. When I first saw the announcement of this game, I thought, "it's not in space!?!", but it turns out that I really appreciate this approach. Would be nice if it was a combination of the two, but maybe that is yet to come in the future with DLC and Mods. Or I'll just revisit the remastered Homeworld 1 and 2.

Awesome game, great Co-Op. Needs a refresh, perhaps some open modding support? New maps, new weapons, etc. would be great to breathe fresh life into this amazing 'free-to-play' without the recent and upsetting 'pay-to-win' model. Open modding SDK would be sweet, perhaps turn this also into a medieval version, or add survival aspect. The possibilites are limitless.

I can't recommend this game because I can't play it. It won't launch. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and Ubisoft Game Launcher (and now Uplay) 3 times now. I found windows error 0x0000005 in the event viewer. The game just gets to the 2nd sync/download window in Uplay, and then nothing happens. Game doesn't even attempt to launch. Thanks Ubisoft. Can't you just let us use Steam alone? Uplay sucks.

Awesome. Get it. Better than Skyrim? So far it's definitely more interesting...
