I've always imagined a bloody action first person shooter game in this setting, but after i played this, i realized that i didn't really need that to love this game so much. From the visuals, i really like the comic book 2D style. It's beautiful in it's own way. From the gameplay, i can say that this game is filled with a lot of puzzles, and sometimes a simple run n' gun gameplay. It's kinda simplistic, but i never got bored with it. The main spotlight in this game is of course the story. It's so good, they managed to serve a beautiful yet violent war story with a really depressing atmosphere. There is barely a dialogue from all of the four main playable characters we get to play, yet i got attached a lot with all of them. Also, this game can teach you a lot of historical WW1 stuff because they provide a lot of it in every place point.

One thing that i don't really like about this game is because of the "boss" or the main antagonist in this game. I don't think adding an antagonist that always dissuade you, and come back every time you defeat him with a new unrealistically tank or robot weapon stuff in the middle of WW1 is necessary or relevant to the game at all. It gives a kinda basic childish plot. It was pretty minor, and i'm sure you can still enjoy it. I truly recommend this game.

I agree, the villain was off place but besides that this is a great game.
