Elden Ring Randomizer as its own game but with unique characters and really fun boss fights, honestly I've played this about as much as I've played base Elden Ring. Insanely fun game and only getting more fun over time

Pleasantly surprised by this game, seems to be a nice mix of stuff like Genshin and Monster Hunter, with a lot of QoL stuff other games sometimes miss, combat feels smooth and fluid, loop is enjoyable, I feel like my only real complaint is that the story seems to hinge a lot on stuff that happened before the story itself. I don't feel like it seriously impacts my enjoyment though.

Do you like Halo, Starship Troopers, 40K, Terminator, and a collection of other trope-y sci-fi series?

This game genuinely feels like a love letter to all of the above, with the least predatory battlepass/monetization system I've seen in a modern game, all done by a AA studio. I think this game deserves the incredible reception it's gotten and am excited to see how much better it can get with time.

Updating my review now that a major bug has been fixed and I've completed the game.

Genuinely one of the most fun roguelites I've played in a while. May not be as content dense as others I've played but definitely does what it does very well, worth every dollar.

If you liked Divinity Original Sin 2 and want more Larian, this game is basically perfect. EA and some bugs aside, it's a very fun experience that feels like a real DND campaign, along with a nice marrying of the systems of DND and Larian RPGs. Very strong recommend.

Very cute game for what is essentially a war story, simple combat system that still feels complex, and a nice feeling of closeness between the characters of Squad E. My only real complaint is the lack of any sort of custom squad characters but I understand that not being an option.
