Exactly what it says on the package. It's like one of those focus apps like Forest where you set a timer to focus on an activity. I like it so far but I haven't used it for hours yet and there are ways for it to improve.

You get to:
  • name the activity you want to focus on
  • determine the length of time the timer is on for (max 9999 minutes)
  • decide whether you want to be alerted by an alarm sound when the timer goes off
  • play/pause/ shuffle lo-fi music (and you get to see the artist and track name)
  • toggle rain on/off and control the volume with a slider
  • pause everything

It would be nice to be able to:
  • customise the cottage, the little figure at the desk, and the background colour + add pets
  • customise the playlist of songs, maybe even add songs because right now the playlist seems rather short and would get repetitive for long stretches of activity
  • have more options for ambient sounds besides rain
  • turn the timer off entirely. Not everyone needs it and while you could put a random time in, seeing the timer tick down can be anxiety-inducing.
  • zoom in on the cottage or at least have it scale to screen resolutions because it's rather small on a widescreen, but have the widgets stay static along the edges of the screen for easy accessibility
  • have a mode where the widgets fade off the screen once the settings are confirmed and appear when the cursor hovers over the area the widgets should be
  • turn animations off because it can be visually distracting

This is a high quality point and click adventure game with a little bit of horror in the form of gore. There's nothing I can add that hasn't already been said. Everything ran smoothly, the ending was satisfying, and I had a great time playing it. The only downside to this game is that it's short and it'll leave you wishing there were more.

This game seems right up my alley. A psychological horror, point & click, story rich game with puzzles, and maybe multiple endings? And at least one cat! This prologue has fulfilled all my expectations so far.

I'm intrigued by the spooky happenings around town and look forward to finding out whatever the "silence" is, as well as solving the mystery of the missing children. It would've been nice to be able to play that little thread & button puzzle you see in the screenshots and trailer or some kind of mini-game. I haven't come across very many games where music plays a crucial role that isn't also a rhythm-based game so I'm curious to see how it's implemented. I suppose we'll see when this game gets released.

A short, cute cat game that's free to play and includes easy to attain achievements. Meows and purrs included. What more could I ask for?

Boy, was this a neat little interactive short story. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about this. The music and sfx really set the atmosphere for the story. I'm usually not very fond of black and white games or movies but I actually forgot that it was indeed in B&W. Really well designed. It has an engaging story that hooks you in from the get-go. I only wish the game was longer and went into a little more depth. It concludes with the mystery solved but doesn't explain how the perpetrator committed the crimes or their reasoning.

There's definitely potential for a sequel expanding on the life of Jack, the main character or any of the other characters. We're given hints of his past which is enough to string a rough story together but there's much more to delve into. It's been over a year and there have been no new releases so I'm not going to hold my breath but one can hope.

An addition to the cute-girls-doing-shocking-things trend which seemed to appear en masse after the success of DDLC. Almost everything is unexplained. Needs a better translator. Art & music are nice. Don't really recommend it but it's short, free, and not terrible. If you're curious, try it. Otherwise, you're not missing out on much.

This game is just gorgeous. Incredibly aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. When I first bought the game, I intended to savour it over quite a while but I couldn't resist. Played it in two sessions, only stopping the first time because it was getting late and it ended up appearing in my dreams that night.

Pros:
- Art. The main feature. The stained glass. The guilded edges of the pieces. The whole colour palette, I could gush about the art forever. It's beautiful to me in a wtf-how-can-something-be-so-beautiful kind of way.
- Music. When you're playing a game for a long period of time, music is very important. It can be incredibly annoying if it's a short track with a clear beginning and end that just loops continuously. I've played this game for hours straight and the music was still very pleasant to my ears. Suits the game incredibly well.
- Unique puzzle pieces. After having completed a whole lot of puzzles with traditional shapes, this is really refereshing. No two pieces are the same shape.
- No need to rotate pieces. The pieces on the sides aren't in the same position they will be on the board but when you pick up a piece, it auto-rotates for you.
- Sounds. A bit hard to describe but something as simple as the sounds of the cursor mousing over certain areas that become highlighted, clicking on clickable things, and picking up and setting down puzzle pieces are satisfyingly pleasant.
- The option to have hint fragments at the start. It can be pretty difficult trying to solve the puzzle blind and a few hint edge pieces are good to start you off.
- Small halo of light around the pieces. This helps primarily when you're holding a piece and trying to see where it might go on the clock. It's helpful but not really a solution.
- The price for the content. If you manage to get this while it's on sale like it is now, it's a real bargain.

Possible cons and suggestions for improvement:
- Once you pick up a piece, if you don't put it in the correct place, it'll go back to the sidelines. This means that you can't connect pieces together or leave pieces on the clock. I personally don't have any issue with this because the pieces are all spaced out nicely on the sides so there's no chance of a piece getting lost in the mosaic.
- When there are dark puzzle pieces or even dark parts of puzzle pieces, it can be difficult to see where they go since they blend into the dark background. I understand it's a part of the whole theme and colour palette of the game but it would be nice for the ability to change the background colour of the clocks. Or it could be something like 'turning on the light' where the background becomes illuminated like a jack o' lantern.
- There no picture of the completed puzzle until you've completed it at least once and even then, it can only be seen from the map. Also not a con for me because the irregular pieces mean it's easier to know where each piece goes and there's the pleasant feeling of mystery around what the image will be as it comes together.
- The wheel or whatever the mechanism is called on the sides of the clock where the pieces lie. It can be a bit of a pain not being able to see all the pieces at once and sometimes I click on it with the intention of dragging to move the wheel but end up picking up a piece, even though I didn't click on a piece. Doesn't happen too often but it's a thing.

Highly recommended if you like jigsaw puzzles and the art. Excited for the sequel.

Not worth it. You can check out other reviews which go in depth about why.

Don't know where to start with this but this isn’t going to be a comprehensive review. Otherwise, this will end up being a 2k word rant and this game doesn't deserve any more of my time. I don't have high standards for RPGMakers but this game still managed to be disappointing. Most of all though, frustrating because of the combat. If the combat isn't there, at least have a decent story. Unfortunately, it's a (perhaps more annoying) Naruto rip-off with too many simple spelling and grammatical errors. Spellcheck exists. I don't know why people don't use it, especially if they're publishing something they plan on monetising. I've played plenty of free games that have been of much higher quality. If I weren’t a completionist, I would’ve stopped within the first few hours (you can get 5 of 6 achievements within that time). Don't waste your time. Read the other reviews.

When I had finished 4 of the 5 routes, I thought I had experienced basically all of what the game had to offer and I was tempted to rate this game positively despite not actually wanting to recommend it. The dev left a note in the start menu, explaining that this was a one man effort, they didn't have the money to pay for professional translations, the fact that the story was equally as important as the gameplay etc. so I felt a little bad about giving a negative rating. It isn't a terrible game after all. But that Cipher ending, sitting through all the unskippable text and endings in one sitting, and trying to get the last achievements did it for me.

The Cipher ending.
You have to bomb (poop on) 5 guards twice (their health regens) with limited ammo that for some reason there isn't a counter for on this level, and then you have to ♥♥♥♥ in the president's kid's mouth. I'm not kidding but I wish I was. That's absolutely disgusting and completely unnecessary. Maybe this is funny to some people but it's rather immature. It left more than just a bad taste in my mouth.

In another route you're invited to a billionaire's penthouse pool where your brother is throwing a party for you. Apparently the other rich birds like it when they're pooped on. So then you need to poop on the guests in the pool but not too much because they'll get sick. And when you're done, a few birds like it so much they invite you to their own houses for you to do it to them in private. I don't know man, that kinda sounds like the dev has a scat kink or a very strange sense of humour. No kink shaming but I mean, this is a bit much and just not necessary? I don't think many people got to this point judging by the global achievements (0.8%) and that there is basically only one review that mentions this.

Pros:
  • Pixel art is nice, colour scheme is different but not a bad thing.
  • Simple, straight-forward controls.
  • Music is decent although I guess it's actually pretty good if I spent hours listening to it while frustrated and don't hate it.
  • Several characters with their own distinct personality and appearance.
  • Three different characters to choose from with a total of 5 different endings.
  • Humour. Bird-related puns etc.
  • Some interesting plot points.
  • Note from the dev in the start menu.

Cons:
  • Slow and unskippable text. The text between levels is all dialogue so it's similar to a visual novel. I understand that the dev wants to relay the importance of the plot so they made the text unskippable but similar to a vn, there should be the option to skip already seen text. Especially if restarting a level means having to sit through the same text over and over. It's not a few sentences either, it's paragraphs between different characters. Not to mention the fact that the text doesn't all appear at once but rather, individual letters appear one at a time and there's no skipping that either. Most of my time spent playing this game was sitting through text, pressing the spacebar to try and hurry it up to get to the game play.
  • Agonisingly slow ending text. Once you've completed one route, there's an epilogue. No problem with that except the text doesn't appear all at once. It s l o w l y drifts up your screen at the rate of 5 seconds per line with about 5 words per line. There are paragraphs of text. Of course, no skipping that either. I don't understand, it's like the dev just wants players to stay in game for as long as possible. There's no reward for staying until the end; you get achievements as soon as the text starts to appear and then you can just exit to the start menu so you don't need to know the ending to the story. There's no explanation for the text being as slow as it is.
  • The font. It was okay at first because it was a nice change, but reading a crap ton of text with that font makes my eyes bleed. The letter 'i' looks like an 'l' (doesn't appear that way in the screenshots for some reason), the letter 'c' looks like an 'o' etc. 'Billion' looks like 'bllllon' and 'facts' looks like 'faots'. I understand the font choice because it matches but the pixel graphics but it's not great for clarity, especially with the not-so-great English.
  • Countless spelling and grammatical issues. Nothing more to add. Every time I saw an error I just wished I could correct it. I still want to correct them all. You do get the general idea of what is being said though. These days it isn't that difficult to get someone to edit text. No need to pay for a professional translator, the dev could pay someone $40 to simply edit their translations through Upwork or something but I don’t know where they’re located so I can’t say if there are restrictions on certain things.
  • Difficulty. Very little room for error. It's one thing to need to hit stationary targets like cars while the wind is affecting the trajectory of your "bomb" but when the targets move at different speeds and in different directions while you are also constantly moving, with no/ little room for error? It gets quite frustrating. And that's on easy difficulty. Really no reason for a hard difficulty although another reviewer said there wasn’t much of a difference anyway. One of the most difficult levels is level 11, just before the main story diverges into three, depending on which character you side with. It's not even halfway through the game.
  • Weird locking and unlocking of levels. Naturally puzzle games, levels are locked until you reach them. Except once you finish a route from one of the three characters, all the other levels unlock. Meaning, you can jump straight to the end and choose the last level for the other characters and get the achievements. Doesn't make sense. If the story was so important, we'd have to unlock each level as we reached it so we’d have to read the story.

Speaking of story, I don’t really know what to say about it. Basically humans aren't feeding pigeons anymore so birds are starving and have decided to poop on people and cars etc. to get people's attention. Different routes end with differing outcomes of course so there isn't much I can say without spoiling. There are some religious aspects which I wasn't really fond of. Main argument being religion is good and helps people (birds), especially the poor ones, while the rich are greedy, have black souls and deserve death etc. The good ending is siding with religion and the bad is going against it. It really isn’t being subtle.

Would I recommend? No, not at this stage at least unless the cons actually sound appealing to you or you’re just interested. I feel like most of the positive reviews are from people who didn't get very far in the game and just review every game they play or they got it for free and feel obliged to recommend it. Again, it's not terrible but it’s not great and I wouldn't do this again. There's quite a bit of work that can be done. The dev should read reviews and spend time making fixes/ improvements rather than creating a hentai puzzle game. Quality over quantity but I guess whatever will make profits. The last update was in August, 2017 that mentioned mobile releases and easier difficulty but that has yet to be seen and it's nearly been a year.
