The media dislikes this game. "Too hard," they say. "Too short," they complain. "Too late," they rant.

Here's what Broken Age actually is: a fantastic, indie-produced, community-supported point & click adventure. In a time where by & large, publishers control the games you get to play, Double Fine has created & shipped a rich, gorgeous game.

It's not long (maybe 8-9 hours total). There's a limited amount of replayability. That's the nature of the point-and-click beast.

But the art is wonderful, the narrative is fresh (not yet another Call Of Duty or GTA), the voice acting is excellent & the music is fantastic. It delivers on being a witty place, an interesting world, a living painting. IMO, it's worth your time & your money.

Well done, Double Fine. Well done.
