Very cute game with a surprisingly deep story, great art style and beautiful sound track. Definitely worth it even if it is only about 5 hours long. 10/10

Honestly very surprised this game turned out so well considering bethesda has had a pretty bad track record recently. Thought this might be another cyberpunk but actually its really good and PC performance has been surprisingly good for me.

The only reason I bought this game was because its a from software game, who have made some of the best games of the last 10 years. I didn't really have much interest in the AC series or mech games before, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game is good. Took around 12-13 hours to beat including all side content, which to some people might be a little short, but personally id take that over a 100-200 hour long game like elden ring that felt a little bloated and reused alot of bosses. There ofc is NG+ and different story paths to take, that give different missions and endings, so it has a lot of replayability.

The mech customisation is great, although I mostly just stuck to a tank build the whole game and didn't change it up much. The gameplay is easily the best thing about this game, and I would say it is on par with sekiro as the best combat system from soft have made. You have to stagger the enemy mech, kinda like breaking posture in sekiro, and then deal damage before they recover, which makes the combat very satisfying and aggressive. Also this game easily has the most badass boss fights in any from soft game.

The mission variety is also really good. The missions are short and extremely varied so it never gets old or boring. The story is also surprisingly very good, and I actually cared about the world, different factions and what impact my decisions were making on the outcome. I can't recommend this game enough to any from soft fan, new or old. If you haven't played dark souls or elden ring you should still give this a shot, as this game is much easier than their other games, I think 3 deaths was the most times i died to any boss.

Overall I would say this is easily a 10/10 game, and probably up their with Sekiro as my fav from soft game. This just goes to show that from soft is one of the best game developers, and they aren't just relying on souls games to carry their success. I hope from soft continue to make these smaller scale more focused games, along side the bigger games like elden ring, and hopefully we get another AC game not too far in the future.

Such an amazing game, this is a must play if you love RPGs with deep stories and characters, and don't mind a dark depressing tone. The story, characters and world building is some of the best I have ever seen. It might not be the most visually stunning game, but the world is beautiful and has a very unique feel to it. The story is extremely deep, multilayered and has a lot of emotional moments, its one of those games you still think about months after you beat it, and the developers leave a lot of secrets for you to figure out on your own without directly telling you what is happening, which makes the story more satisfying when you piece everything together. The side quests do a really good job of deepening the characters and world, and a lot of major plot reveals happen in these, which you might miss if you don't do them. The combat is simple but very fluid and fun and has a decent variety of weapons and combos. If none of that sells you on the game, 2B is hot af. This game is easily a 10/10 and one of the most memorable games I have ever played. Also the sound track is god tier and probably top 5 best game sound tracks of all time.

Tales of Arise is a very good JRPG. The story is really good and you feel attached to the characters, who are all great. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is new to the tales series like me.

When this game released on PC the port was utter trash, full of stutters and textures not loading properly. But almost a year later I am happy to say that the game runs near flawless for me now.

I have a i7 7700k which is the minimum recommended CPU for this game, and my PC is bottle necked in other games by it, but the last of us still ran near flawless on medium/high settings at 4k with DLSS which I am actually shocked by. I had only 1 crash and the occasional stutter, but this is more because of my CPU than the game. The game now runs better than I ever expected it would, so good on the devs for fixing the problems.

The game itself is honestly amazing and lives up to the hype. Alot of the Playstation games that have been ported to PC have been a little overrated in my opinion. Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, Spiderman... I enjoyed all of them, but I wouldn't say any of them are quite as good as playstation fans hyped them up to be for years, all except for the Last of Us.

I would honestly say this is probably the best single player narrative game I have ever played. Theres not much I can say that hasn't been said a million times before, but everyone should play this game if you have a PC that can run it, you wont regret it. And if you want to push your PC to its limits, this is one of the best looking games I have ever played, it is worth playing just for the visuals.

I don't really like giving scores out of 10 but this game is defiantly a 10/10 game in my opinion. I really hope they bring part 2 to PC as well, even though it wasn't as well received, I would still like to play it.

I played this game on Ubisoft connect before it came to steam and was happy when they announced it was coming to steam even if it is 2 years late. Im not a big fan of the new AC games, but I would say its much better than odyssey, but not as good as origins.

Sadly I cannot recommend this game right now, as its release on steam seems like more of a cash grab than an actual thoughtful release. There is no steam achievements, trading cards or any of the steam features that both origins and odyssey had on steam. And to make things worse, Ubisoft devs are banning and deleting discussion threads in the steam forums that dare to criticize these missing features.

It makes Ubisoft look really bad when their return to steam after 3 years is a low effort steam release, and their devs going out of there way to silence the steam users who expected better after waiting 2 years for this game. It feels like a spit in the face.

Also Ubisoft connect is a buggy, glitchy piece of trash. When origins and odyssey released they were still using uplay, which while not ideal, could be mostly ignored as it just opened in the background, but since valhalla released, ubisoft "upgraded" to ubisoft connect which is still plagued with issues after years. It randomly logs me out my account every time I quit the game because it "can't upload save game to the cloud", and every time I open Ubi connect I have to give it permission to make changes to my PC 3 times before it will open. These and a bunch of other bugs make it horrible to use and theres really no reason for it to exist at all other than for Ubi to spy on their users and collect user data.

Do better Ubisoft.
