Cheater in DOTA 2,

I dont know what should I called it's cheater / scripter or whatever it is, right now I've found so many player that use script to make hero spell auto cast or hero can't target / clicked, it's so clear we can call it cheat or pure skill when we meet with the player that use script,

Well the main reason I played DOTA 2 is valve policy about cheater and banning player, I've reported some player that suspected as a cheater, I hope valve fix this issue soon,
