When you are starting out and learning, this game has a lot of micromanaging and things are constantly going to ♥♥♥♥.
When you know what you are doing and have it set up, it can become an afk sim game where you only need to deal with hostile events.
An amazing game with a rewarding learning curve and tons of modding support.
