The developers keep delivering such great content for this free to play game every league (approximately on a three month cycle); the end-game is a grind (well the developers are called Grinding Gear Games :D) but so are many other ARPGs. Even then I keep coming back to this almost every league despite not getting much time to grind. Once you get the hang of it, the build possibilities using different item combinations and mechanics is what keeps you hooked for a long long time.
