I'm sure this game is great when you go through it more, but I am making this review for everyone else who might be considering buying this game and is also on the ace spectrum or is triggered by NSFW content. Nudity is NOT as far as it goes. This game is mistagged. I think it's great otherwise, and if it wasn't mistagged I wouldn't have bought it and this review wouldn't exist. But as a repulsed asexual person, please do not buy this if NSFW is a trigger for you. In the first 2 hours due to me being someone who likes to see everything, I witnessed several people having sex and had my girlfriend give me a porn photo that was probably her own body. The stuff I've seen so far is great and I like the emotions with helping the old woman so much. But I have to make this a negative review due to my own personal experience. A nudity TW is not enough with this type of content.
