It's better than World of Tanks and it's way better than World of Planes.Now it's gonna be better than World of Warships soon. For me the only reason is even if you don't spent any money on it you can play equally against those who spent tons of money. Yes there are some premium planes but the reason for most of the planes to be "premium" is those planes were prototypes.This doesn't makes them "buy the vehicle and destroy everyone on the field" which is lovely to see.


Pros:
-Not a p2w for a free to play game.
-Almost always low wait times to find a game.
-Variety of vehicles and planes which gives you choice to play your way.
-7 Nations for aviation and 6 nations for ground forces.
-You can feel the progression after playing a while.
-You can get premium planes free with daily quests and sometimes from events.
-Premium planes gives you only reward boost instead of gaining advantage over enemies.
-Mostly lovely community.
-Squadron battles are extremely fun.
-Active development.Constant patches based on community voice.
-No hack. (at least I've never seen a hacker and can't find even paid hack on the hack forums).


Cons:

-Without premium account sometimes grinding can be boring.
-Without premium account high tier repair costs can hurt after if you had a terrible match.
-Some nations are harder to master so most of the players choose allies.
-Crossnation premium planes can be confusing. Eg: I had a match against France but all of the team were flying Yak-9
-Trolls can be issue by friendly fire on aviation and pushing you out of cover on tanks.
