Game is way too fun for the little recognition it gets. Sucked into the game for the shop sim, distracted by the survival and base building.

Simply brings me back to the early days of my childhood RPG's like Fallout or Skyrim with the survival touches of Valheim.

Clearly an early access game, with a short campaign (haven't finished yet) and some minor bugs (nothing game breaking) but truly the most fun I've had with an indie game in a long time.

Absolutely needs more love and a bigger community!

Honestly everything I expected it to be. Fun vibes, good characters, fun powers/attacks. Great time and look forward to the game as the maps expand and the character ensemble expands.

Not a bad game at all. Heavily addicting, and very much worth the sale price right now. Simple zombie shooter with lots of basic mechanics, but fun to sit down and relax for a couple hours.

Why is there still a Halloween event....

That out of the way, the game just feels unfinished. I guess it's fun and for the sale price of $2.49 I can't complain too much but buildings are so empty, loot is so bizarre, but the game has a unique charm to it I can't ignore. I'm only 30 minutes in but I probably will stick around more!

Its purely an early access game, no denying that. Some assets are unfinished, some game choices just aren't there, but with that all aside it's a fun game.

The loop is tight and repetitive, but varies with the chaos you can find yourself involved with. Different missions and different difficulties reward different upgrades or crafting ingredients which can vary the gameplay.

After an hour you have seen all the game has to offer, but it's the type of game you can get replayability out of because the friends you play it with.

Not a perfect game, but a fun one. Keen to see where this goes in the future as they get more player feedback and new ideas.

Old (Positive) Review: I love reaching my hands out when he reaches his out so we hold hands and embrace in each other's love

I feel mildly annoyed and upset by how much this game leads you to believe its one thing but ends up being something else. What seems like a breath of fresh air in the survival genre, especially given how every game is now just a Forest rip, turns out to just be a grindy mess. I admit I only played up to two hours to not risk missing the refund deadline, but as for what I got it's not what it should have been.

In front of me what a grindy "loot and craft" based game with an emphasis on meandering crafting and unlocking new recipes with a worthy little gimmick. Past this front of trying to learn new things, you realize the game is just going to be this for the whole "story". It's just the same gameplay loop with a little spice here and there but what is essentially just a new skin for the same "level".

What reads like something from the "backrooms lore" with the loveletter approach to games from the 90's comes off as a grindfest with little to no hope. This present is merely package over content.

DEMOCRACY PREVAILS!

I rarely review games, but this one deserves that special extra time of my day.

Helldivers 2 is a very special game to me. It gives me a sense of purpose, it makes me enjoy my free time during my last weeks of my college career but then it was all ripped away. My sci-fi loving heart was shattered by knowing the game has been soiled for so many fellow Helldivers! After a real life major order I'm glad it's back, and I'm glad I can unwind some college stress killing bugs and crushing bots.

Sony really thought they could go after a community devoted to cooperation and roleplaying as a massive military lol

My favorite part of the game is when i took advantage of my employees for free labor. 10/10 game of the century, would exploit again
