lying devs. they cut the LGBT mission and the NPC battles in japan and russia. no more ninjas fighting soldiers, no more mutants fighting russian in the open world

they also gutted the event in the Moon where the open world becomes a warzone, russians and the blitzs fight each other until you completed the side missions entirely
