I cannot give this experience enough praise. TRULY! This game is unlike anything I've ever experienced across all kinds of different forms of media. The way the world naturally lures you in to explore everything without pushing you too hard in any one direction had me playing through this like it was my full time job. Without a doubt, my first blind experience of Outer Wilds was an incredible experience. Everything about this game is awe inspiring. I immediately felt a connection to the main characters of the plot and emotion compelled me to explore every nook and cranny of this universe. Gravity and flying felt so REAL and intuitive but challenging. The amount of times I've crashed directly into a planet going 1000+mps is embarrassing to say the least but every crash pushed me to master the flight controls. I LOVED the rumor/map system and it really felt like I was decoding my species history. The gameplay being based on a time loop gave me the freedom to try things I might not have were I too have faced punishment for dying. Watching the universe interact with itself to unlock new possibilities for exploration and utilization of the world made it feel so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ real I wanted to cry. Way to get my brain working to make connections and piece things together!
All in all, Outer Wilds has been the best storytelling experience I've ever experienced.
