It was fun while it lasted, but I'm not giving my data to Epic, so I can't play this game anymore

DOOM Eternal is the future of first person shooters. It is fast and relentless and the crux of the idea of a power fantasy. It's fantastic.

The Granddaddy of FPS is back! This game captures the feel of classic DOOM of giving you the weapons and gets out of your way to fill that "power fantasy" need. Performance is great, environments are amazing, AI is punishing on higher difficulties. It has a story that gets out of your way unless you want to read it. On occasion the arenas feel repetitive, but the gunplay is so fun that it's not a bother.

(also: super excited for DOOM Eternal)

Tried it on the free weekend with someone telling me "It's like modernized L4D2!" But it has poor sound and visual design, making the gameplay suffer. Going back to L4D2.

Super fun singleplayer survival game! Somewhat roguelike, and it takes a lot of skill to get a sustainable setup. Many hours of fun!

This game gets me. If you like puzzle games or solving Sukoku or Rubix Cubes, you'll probably love this. 7 hours so far and probably double that remaining for just $3?! (and I had a 90% off coupon, so 30 cents?!) What value

More of a tech demo than a game... I beat it in 40 minutes. It probably would have started to drag if it had gone on much longer, though. The puzzles are intuitive and test your reflexes. Artistically, it's darn near perfect, and the dance music is lots of fun :)

I 100%'d the game in about 3 hours. It's not super challenging, though the puzzles and the narrator's monologue make you think. Artistically, it's darn near perfect. Definitely worth a few bucks :)

Any game that'll get you to marathon through it in one 6-hour play session is pretty great. This is a really fun little indie title that I got about 90% completion (there are some hidden rooms) in the 6 hours that I played today... and I'll probably go back for the last 10%, too :)
