It's okay I guess, I wasn't really hyped about it.
But if I did, I probably would've been disappointed.

Because I already got burn out from CK2, I couldn't even think of an interesting playthrough.

As for now, my preference of the game would be like this : CK2 HIP > CK3 > CK2.

The new tool tip looked cool at first, but then I slowly preferred the way they did it in CK2. Cause the new one feels slower, but it can be tweaked, maybe I didn't get it right yet.

The major improvement I've noticed is probably the multiplayer, it's overall a smoother experience with zero out of sync. But I probably haven't played the multiplayer long enough to experience some desync.

Well, I already played it more and decided to replay CK2. I think I'll stay on CK3 for now.
Sure there are some stuff that are "missing". But I like the war in CK3 more, the AI in CK2 is just too stupid, and the warfare in CK3 feels more like EU4 which is good in my opinion.

Especially the ability to siege faster, I love that. It makes the war less tedious.
