Fistful of Frags - I can't think of a better Arena shooter. From the Western atmosphere to the fun gunplay, this game has a lot of charm. The developer, Rebel Yell, has been MIA for awhile so even though this game has potential I feel like at the moment it is being lost. Then again it's an older source mod, maybe some other title can remake things and outdo it as a spirtual successor. Until then this game, nostalgia and all, is still pretty great and free. Try it out!

I can no longer recommend this game, and despite the fact that I've played this game on and off since 2015, it is no longer the same game it once was. Not only have crucial gameplay mechanics like walking been removed, but the largest server provider, mixxed, is abusing his power to ban entire countries, steam groups, peoples entire friends lists, all just for the sake of his own fragile petty ego. A group of long-term players attempted to raise awareness and boycott the situation, but the game's developer sided with mixxed, condoning his behavior and offering no punishment; going so far as to remove the main organizer of the group against mixxed, Judge, from his role as community manager. With the recent treachery that occurred within this game's already dwindling community, I would no longer recommend this game. I hope one day a spirtual successor or open source remake is created, but until then, I am done with FoF. So long, and to new beginnings.
