Garry's Mod is, as a whole, a unique and deep sandbox game fueled by a passionate community. Enjoyment is limitless, thanks to the range of gamemodes, items on the workshop and millions of players. But, and this should be a big consideration before purchasing, this game has some "interesting" players.

Out of my hours, I can guarantee that many have been spent on the huge quantity of RP servers. There is a huge selection of themes, my favourite being SCP RP, but many of the players you will encounter on these severs are "disliked" by the majority.

Young children, for a start, can be disruptive with their constant rambling and moaning. Admins, personally, are not a favourite of mine. Let it be said that, while they may be hated, they play important roles in controlling the chaos in these servers. It's a shame they can ruin a lot of the fun in doing so.

Another major annoyance for me is "entitled" players. Those with god complexes, who donated $5 to the server and look down upon every other player, and expect instant protection from adims. The type who raid bases every 5 minutes, with so much money and weaponary it's not even funny. The type who paid $25 to get one premium job where so they can ♥♥♥♥ on everyone else. If you're one of these people, please, for the whole community, just stop.

To conclude, buy this game for the singleplayer. There's enough content there to keep you occupied for a long, long time. And when you're ready, play some multiplayer. Prepare yourself before hand though, just in case.
