At 1st BDO was quite the hardcore game, but as the years pass, it became more user friends / noob friendly and gives you a lot of gear that in case of you bust your main gear you'll always have the backup one ready for action, so i'll say it, IMO it's currently the best MMO, but then again i'm a casual player just enjoying the time / world / story of the game which are amazing.
