This game... Where to begin. Arguably, this is one of the only times I've seen the Live Service model work. Rather, it's the closest to right anyone has got it. The price to enter is fair, all in game currency is earn-able, and there is little to no FOMO. Sony nearly blew it up, but it seems that even they realized their cynical attempt at boosting PSN account metrics would throw the baby out with the bath water, barring well over half of the world from playing this fantastic co-op shooter.

Overall my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and it's very clear to me that Arrowhead gives a ♥♥♥♥ not only about their game but their playerbase which is a rare thing to see. I still have some misgivings about a root level anti cheat, but the overall enjoy ability of the game makes up for it imo.

I'll be looking torward to the future of this game with great interest and anticipation. For Super Earth! And remember, bullying large corporations is always morally correct.
