Mabinogi is a great game to play, especially as an avid MMORPG fan. There isn't things like super intense skill rotations to do for combat, but rather stuff that is reactionary and "rock-paper-scissors"-like.

However, as with most MMORPGs, this game suffers from a very very large amount of power creep. Nexon/DevCat has taken some steps to try and balance things around, but it's still there.

If you can get past the power creep and the extremely large list of things to do, the game is very enjoyable even with the dated game engine and graphics.
