Fallout 76 was alright, I liked the quests and NPC scenarios in the first 10 levels of my gaming experience. It would be ALOT of fun as a LAN party style game with 10 or so friends but strangers don't always play nice. I do like that idea of a world that is 100% controlled/influenced and modified by the players, a PVP scenario.
