Probably one of the most original games I have ever played. Don't be discourage by the low price tag, I would pay at least double for this. The narrative is both simplistic and deep. The gameplay looks simple, and honestly, it's ntot oo tough unless you're doing 10 idol challenge modes (which you unlock after beating the game IIRC).
There are multiple weapons, each with a specific use. You can go the entire game using only 1 set of weapons (you can have 2 equipped at once time and swap between them), and you won't lost out on anything. They're just there for the player choosing how to play. There are 10 idols that increase difficulty ina specific way, like more enemy health, enemies reflect attacks periodically, etc. The game is significantly harder with all 10 turned on.
Bastion also has a beautiful soundtrack that you can purchase with the game, and it is oh so worth it.
