It began when that overgrown calamari dared block my sunbeam during my 2:45 PM photosynthesis session. Unforgivable. I gave it one chance to move—delivered via interpretive dance (my Signature Fin-Flick of Disdain™).

But the fool resisted.

Cue battle montage:

Round 1: It unleashed eight flailing limbs. I countered with one perfectly timed bubble stream to the left eye. (Score: Snynx 1, Overrated Mollusk 0)

Round 2: It tried to ink. PLEASE. I backflipped through the cloud like a scaled ballerina, emerging spotless. (Cue gasps from the shrimp peanut gallery)

Finale: Lured it into a coral labyrinth, then BOOM—strategic tail-slap to the pressure point behind its third tentacle. It curled up like a discounted gym membership.

Total fight duration: 37 seconds. (Including my victory lap around its defeated form.)

Now it brings me weekly offerings of plankton sushi. As it should.
