Before I tell you about this game, I want to leave you with one command:


Seriously! This videogame is criminally underrated, and you'd be doing it a disservice not to tell literally anybody you think might enjoy it about it.

Now, onto the review. I'll keep it short because people have bad attention spans and you probably didn't want to read a massive wall of text anyway.

First off, my one and only complaint: I want more. I want more of the characters. I want more worlds. If ever there is a game that could use DLC, or a secret ending, or anything like that, this would be that game. Of course, there's plenty of secret stuff you can do (see edit below) but I just want more.

Now, the positives, and there are plenty:

- The movement is fluid!
- The soundtrack is immaculately composed!
- The navigation is (really) not that hard to navigate at all!
- The combat is CRISP and makes you feel like a real badass for pulling off something cool! It feels intuitive, and it's not very punishing if you 'die'.
- The sound design, often not talked about, is also one of the best I've heard in a game!
- The story and ending, while divisive, tell a complete and interesting story that... well, I'll be honest, left me just a little bit existential.

The best word I would use to describe this game on the whole is Emotional . It all culminates into what I would consider to be a work of art. 20 dollars well spent.

TL;DR: Buy it, Beat it, Cry for hours, Tell your friends about it, Go 100% it, cry again but this time in pain.

EDIT: I beat him. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beat him. Summum , you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I beat it. One of the best superbossfights I have personally ever beaten. Granted, that isn't a ton, I think the point should still stand. Now I just have to beat him again... after beating literally everyone else. BOSS RUSH HERE I COME!
