Very disappointing sequel. Took all of the great things about Ghostrunner 1 and threw them in the trash can. Why add an open world? Why add a free roam central hub for companions? Ghostrunner 1 felt much more cinematic, linear and polished. The music selection was better, the bosses were more interesting, and the enemies were all new. This is not the game it should have been and I regret spending money on it.

Was a good game before they installed Easy Anti-Chat.

Players use mods on their clients to compensate for a complete lack of features and seeming lack of developer effort to fill in the gaps. They can no longer do that in the name of protecting their applications from crashing. Anti-crasher mods will no longer work and it will be much harder to determine who may have crashed a player. All the while, malicious avatars will continue to work as intended and crash player applications. A clueless move made by clueless developers completely out of touch with their own community after their monetization of the game. Hopefully, another VR social clone pops up and players migrate there.

My all time favorite game. Very easy to pick up and have fun but also has an enormously high skill ceiling. Fun for both hardcore and casual gamers.
