Project Wingman isn't a game where you can get the same experience like Ace Combat, although compared to one another and even considered a honorary part of the franchise, which I found fine.

Spoiler warning.
Ace Combat, having only played Skies Unknown, has given me a very different feeling than Project Wingman. We, as players, always over come the trouble and obstacle and prevail.
Here?... We defeated the Federation, we defeated Crimson One. But who is to promise that Monarch, or, just, us, won't become him? Cascadia is in ruins, just like after the calamity, and, maybe in the future, Cascadia will establish something like the Federation. Have it's own peacekeepers and... We, as the one and only ace, becomes the poster boy of the peacekeepers. Cascadian version of such.

Will history replay itself?...

Over all, Project Wingman isn't a legendary work, like the ones lasted for years and years, and replayed over and over like GTA V, Ace Combat, what not. However, it does tells a good graphic, give us epic music, and most importantly, gives us this story.
