I came across this a long time ago, at a point in life that I really need this lesson. It's okay if I feel sad and resigned, if my depression beat me for today and I wasn't able to function. I didn't fail, I'm not weak, I will try again tomorrow.

It doesn't happen overnight. Change is a slow process. You sometimes have to lose to learn the value of having. And rather by losing it, start thinking about what you have.
It's fine to be afraid. That's how you become brave!
It's fine to enjoy the things that you enjoy! That's how you become your own person.
It's fine to make mistakes! That's how we learn!!!
And you can make a mistake alone, but it's always better to make mistakes together.

Remember, whenever someone does bad to you, whenever someone is selfish, they don't know any better because of how they've lived their life, they are, just like you, doing their best to live life in their own way, with their own strength~
Don't judge em for what they did or who they are, instead forgive em, get up, wipe the dust, learn from it and keep moving forward~

Self-image can be compared to a drawing or a piece of music.
Thousands of people can enjoy watching your craft or listening to your track, but the creator themselves will rarely like it themselves because they see all the small mistakes and hear bits they don't like about it.
The focus is put on the negative instead of the positives.
Compare those thoughts to the other side of the spectrum. You see a drawing or hear a song you really like, maybe because of a certain detail that caught your eyes or a piece of lyrics that you related to with a happy emotion.

God, what is love? Love is that security, the feeling that it’s just you and that special someone in this dark and cruel world. Love is when you can look in that persons eyes and see yourself with them forever, during and after your life. Love isn’t real, it’s not a word. It’s something to describe the feeling that you feel towards someone. The feeling that you can go to them whenever you are down. They fight through your demons, they stand with you even when you feel like falling. They are your reason. They are your world. They are yours.

A story that gets stuck in your brain and never goes away, like a flashback or a good idea, a good story is also one that you can relate to, it makes you feel the same emotions as you felt when you experienced it for the first time, but an amazing story will make you think what and how to do better, how would you react to the same situation if it happened in present day, and maybe why it happened in the first place. in conclusion, a good story, if told right, can make both parts the brain and the heart to work together.
Such a story is shackled. It is held back from reaching its true potential, the greatness it could achieve. An untold story can be great, but only when a story is told can that greatness shine.
You can replay it in your mind, it becoming clearer each time. You see the extra details, the different paths you never took, the different results you never reached. You learn the extra lessons hissed in the wood work, the little messages in-between the lines.
