Enjoyed this dlc and returning to the world of this game, even if it was a little short. The ending could've been longer, as it felt a little lacklustre and leaving me wanting more - which is a good and bad thing, since I'm very interested in a sequel if they do end up making one. The swimming wasn't bad, and I didn't encounter really any of the problems other people were having. Lots of secrets and mementos to find too, although your experience may vary if you like them or not. I'm still interested in the story of the creature and the mutated workers, as I believe Addair is the returning one? He doesn't speak, but he telepathically screams/grunts when he's chasing you.

Overall I liked it, but would've preferred it being a full sequel instead.

This was a really fun Doom game. Eternal is my favourite and the one I prefer, but this was better than 2016 IMO. I appreciate them wanting to do something different in each of the modern Doom trilogy games. There are no bad Doom games (not counting Doom 3). I will say the checkpoint system in this game is very terrible and unforgiving in the later half, which is especially annoying if you're playing the way I did.

[ Played on Nightmare difficulty with 150% Game Speed (max), and 100%'ed the game ]

Still early-ish in the story mostly because I’ve been exploring and finding secrets, but I’ve enjoyed my time thoroughly so far with Avowed. The writing can be hit or miss for some people, but for me personally it’s keeping my interest, and I appreciate the mid-convo lore/history feature. The combat and exploration are definitely the best parts of this game. Mage/Fighter build with a touch of ranger, and it’s chef’s kiss. Spell casting is the most enjoyable play style to me.

My main problem with the game would be the performance, but I guess that’s to be expected with UE5 games unfortunately. I personally don’t care about deep world immersion and interactivity, but I know others do, so don’t expect KCD2 or BG3 levels of it.

I've been playing on Hard difficulty, which I think is the perfect way to play it. There's also challenging bounties and encounters you can do early that reward you with high tier weapons/armor.

Peak just like the old games. Was a nice 17 year long wait, but I'm definitely washed at the game now compared to when I was a kid.

Forgot about this game, but did enjoy my time with it when I did play it. Scratched that multiplayer itch until I got back into Call of Duty, but it did have a cool unique pve extraction like mode that I liked a lot, although it also had loot boxes and P2W guns that were broken like the magnum variant. Unfortunately was hard to convince friends to play it, so fell off hard.

What’s also fallen off hard is this game - imaging partnering with a crypto company and adding NFTs to your game in 2024, incredible idea guys, really.

Phenomenal game that has superb voice acting and writing. I love the story and the way the rig changes as you progress through the game. It's like 'The Thing' but set on an oil rig in the middle of nowhere, while also playing as a character that can be connected to quite well as things progress. The gameplay may seem simple, but it is perfectly suited for this type of game (survival horror), and its elements are also used quite creatively. It took me 4-5 hours, but the experience was completely worth it. Only thing that could be improved a bit is the game's performance.

Haven't played it in over a decade, and after finishing it again after so long, it is still my favourite fallout.

Incredible game. Decided to play it due to the second one coming out soon and it seemed interesting, and I regret not playing it sooner. Perfect experience.
