There are random server issues. For example after the Shifting Tides Update people in SEA have not been able to play the game for like a week now. If you buy this game know that well depending on your luck you may not be able to play it when you want.

Please double check that you have a static IP[support.ubi.com]. It is also important to make sure that you are connected to the correct data centre[support.ubi.com]. If you still need assistance, please create a ticket at support.ubi.com and provide the following:

  • Screenshot[support.ubi.com] of the forwarded ports.
  • Screenshot of the UPnP settings of the router.
  • Screenshot of the trace route[support.microsoft.com] of your connection.
