The game itself is awesome. Probably my favorite game :) but there is a few things that Valve should fix:
1. Anti-cheat, the game has way to many cheaters, even in a high trust factor games
2. Trust factor, There is a lot of people who play legitimately, but has a low trust factor and they are forced to play with cheaters, including myself :)
3. I do not think its fair that you can get a prime status by reaching level 21. That is one of the main reasons why there are so many cheaters in Prime matchmaking. I also think that people who bought the game, should get a gift or atleast a some kind of a coin or a pin.
4. Servers, at the moment servers are 64tick. I think valve should make them 128tick. The game overall would be smoother, and it would be easier to watch an overwatch case or a replay. Because with 64tick most of the flick shots looks like an aimbot shots and because of that a person might be false overwatch banned.

These are the main things, valve should change if they want more players and perfection. Overall the game is already good, but with these changes it would become even better.
